IS Strategy Implementation Project
HealthMAP provided advisory services to the BOPDHB to ensure the success of their IS strategy implementation project. HealthMAP has provided services for three phases of the 5 phased implementation programme.
HealthMAP assisted BOPDHB to achieve the following outputs: project charter for a clinical information system to be implemented
architecture / roadmap (including the Enterprise Architecture to define the short, mid and long term components of the architecture and
migration path to achieving the total implementation) a requirements document and RFP selection process and preferred vendor implementation plan contract business case (including process for DHB, Regional Capital Group and MoH approvals)
